The reason for this is because when I am in the moment with something I am creating whether that is an acrylic painting, pen and ink drawings, making crafts with clay, working on a scrapbook, and working on my photography skills with my camera I am in the moment. I am enjoying the strokes with the paint brush on a canvas, the stippling with my pen during a drawing, working with my hands to sculpt a figure, cutting and gluing pieces to a page, maneuvering the camera as I try to find the right lighting and angles. I <em>focus<\/em> on that moment and what I am creating and nothing else.
